You shall not see your neighbor's donkey fallen and not help him.
Okay, I fulfilled this mitzvah tonight. On my walk (which I started to do again, I hope), I saw someone in the middle of the street, in the turn lane, with his car sitting there. I asked if his donkey was fallen and can't get up... wait... er... if his car was having problems. I ended up helping him push and steer the car off to the side of a minor crossroad and then some other people drove by and helped him to start the car. I left after they started to help him with the starting (being as I really don't know much about cars except I turn the key and push the pedals...)
