Okay, for those of us using IIS: If your users are getting Real Slow Loading on the pages, then do this:
1. Unset Expiring Immediately the documents (website -> properties -> http headers -> content expiration UNcheck)
2. Set a new http header, called "Expires", value "Thu, 19 Nov 1981 12:00:00 GMT".
Because if you use content expiration, it gives the current time as the expiring time. Great, IF your users are all synchronized to the atomic clocks (like you are, right?!). BAD if they are lagging behind. Grr...

Pueblo trip
Okay, so I'm in Pueblo. Why, you ask? Ah. Because my work, Signal BHN, has a provider down here, Crossroads TP Inc. They're having a Christmas party. (Note: not Holiday, but Christmas.) So someone at the *Signal* Holiday Party mentioned how we could go down there and train, and the two were combined: we'd come down and go to the party and do training the next day. Signal would pay for hotel, and everyone would be happy.
Except that no one checked with CTP to see if training would be ok for a few days, and then we found out that that was a no-go, but Bill decided we'd still come anyways. We'll just have a meeting to help justify the business expense, and everyone's happy.
So, I thought that it'd be cool if I had that laptop that my mom's work didn't need anymore. And this morning she (the boss) said I could have it!! YAAY!!! So now I'm on the laptop (1GHz,256MB,20GB). I have to wait to wipe it, but only a week or so. Of course, I *did* put alot of time into their new computers, so it's cool, but now I'm happy-happy-happy.
Going back tomorrow, and then I spend day with wife making wife happy. Maybe will see if laptop is good enough to run EQ1. Also got new phones, from Verizon (to whom we switched, they had a good deal and the service is pretty good, too).
Hope to go to shul tomorrow. Almost done reading a really good book, "What shall I do with this people?" by Milton Viorst. Definitely going on my Amazon list (borrowed from local library). Provokes some thought as to Jewish Orthodoxy and history.
