GOT MY TITLE!!!

Oh, and a check for $70 or so because I over paid (well, DUH, but that's another story).

Got a new computer desk (already in the basement at the inlaws - no need to bring it here and then take it back over in 2 weeks), a bookshelf from the inlaws.

Got a sweater (my first) and a Target gift card ($25) from my family.

Got a new monitor from Kristin, a $50 gift card to Best Buy from work, and no payments until April or so from grandma. So I can get a new computer for kristin and me!! YAAY

My wife got me a new monitor!! A new 17" one, to be precise. I had been using my mother-in-law's old one, and it's horizontal tuning was slowly going...

I'm happy, and I got my Hanukkah gift. :) THANK YOU DEAR!!!

Linux and wireless cards

Oh, how I wish linux 2.6 supported my DWL-122 better. (okay, at all.) Maybe -test11 will work. The 2.6 kernel doesn't seem compatible with linux-wlan-ng code, and I'm seeing a 'hermes' driver that appears to suppose Prism 2 so I'm hopin g that I can get that working. I want wireless. =(

June 4th. Oh, how long is that compared to TONIGHT!?! I WANT TO SEE IT TONIGHT!!!

Okay, Kristin just showed me the teaser for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. SIX MONTHS OF AGONY are mine... oh, for sooth....

Oh, and Return of the King is due out 17th in theatres. Kristin and I will try to see it.
